GLP-1 Medical Weight Loss Backed by Science
Lose 20-50 lbs (15-20%)
Overweight? Enhance a healthy lifestyle with a daily GLP-1 oral supplement or once weekly prescription appetite suppressant for medical weight loss and reduce weight by 15-20% with GLP-1 Probiotic or Semaglutide (brand name Wegovy) or Tirzepatide (brand name Zepbound).
For those who are overweight or obese, our Physician can create a plan that includes diet and exercise modifications, as well as once weekly medications for gradual sustainable weight loss.
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are safe, effective and non-surgical treatments for long term weight loss that achieve results seen with bariatric surgery.

How it Works
GLP-1s like Semaglutide and Tirzepatide mimic your natural hormones that signal you are full with less food and help you use food to increase energy. GLP-1s help you feel full longer by eliminating hunger, reducing appetite, and slowing your digestion. At the same time they increase energy by improving the body's sensitivity to insulin, shifting to using food as energy instead of fat storage while stabilizing glucagon levels.
The Evidence
Step-1 Study Once-Weekly Semaglutide in Adults with Overweight or Obesity
In participants with overweight or obesity, 2.4 mg of semaglutide once weekly plus lifestyle intervention
was associated with sustained, clinically relevant reduction in body weight.

Surmount-1 Trial Tirzepatide Once Weekly for the Treatment of Obesity
In this 72-week trial in participants with obesity, 5 mg, 10 mg, or 15 mg of tirzepatide once weekly
provided substantial and sustained reductions in body weight. Tirzepatide demonstrated up to a 20% weight loss in over 85% of participants over 72 weeks in the SURMOUNT-1 trial supported by Eli Lilly.
